Daniel Richard Hoffman Jr.  age 21 of Olmsted Township, passed away suddenly May 18, 2020. Cherished son of Daniel and Megan Hoffman. Beloved Grandson of Pat and Ray-deceased Putney, and Harry and Bertha Hoffman. Devoted Great Grandson of Rae-Hope Putney. Loving Brother of Taylor (Jason Brenner), and Maddy (Andre) Perez. Caring Uncle to Elizabeth, Katherine, Victoria Hoffman, Payton, and Mia Perez.

 

The family will receive friends in celebration of Daniel’s life at Humenik Funeral Chapel 14200 Snow Rd Brook Park, 44142 on Thursday May 21, 2020 from 2-5 & 6-8 PM, where Funeral Services will be celebrated Friday at 9:30 AM.
