Cristina Susong Virola, 53, was called home to our Heavenly Father on February 23, 2019.
Cristina was born to Frances A. and Angelo T. Virola, in Cleveland, Ohio on August 6, 1965. She was the youngest child from this union, a beautiful bundle of energy and delight the whole family loved.
She enjoyed her school years and excelled as a cheerleader for Mount Pleasant Elementary School. She continued her education and earned her diploma on her own which displayed her personal pride for completion. She loved shortening her name to Cris, she figured why waste time saying extra syllables when you didn’t have to.
She became a mom at a young age and with the strength that instilled in her soul she proved to herself and family that motherhood was not an obstacle, but a state of pride.
Cris loved to have fun and was definitely the life of the party. It never failed, at any family event she was definitely the one to watch and have a good time with. She loved taking pictures and ever ready to shine and pose for the camera. Halloween had become a newly favorite holiday, as she truly enjoyed dressing up and having a total ball with the characters she portrayed.
Cris is preceded in death by her mom, Frances A. Virola. She is survived by her father, Angelo T. Virola (Christine); her sons Will L. Page (Jenni) and Allante D. Riggins (Akarra); her daughters Arisia J. Riggins (Andre), Alyssa S. Riggins (Fred) and Adora C. Riggins; her grandchildren Tiara and Sophia Page, Addisyn and Mariah Kistler, Arielle and Juliano Moore, Allen Walker, Alana Bushelon, Akira and Allius Riggins; her sisters Michelle Brooks (deceased Wil), Angelita Virola Bostick (Brian), Luzselenia Virola and Lita Sanchez; her brothers Conrado Virola (Latrice) and Sebastiano Virola (Patrice) and many nephews, nieces, relatives, extended family and friends.
