Cheryl L. Erickson (Nee Zalecki) age 50 of Hudson passed away peacefully on March 13, 2024 after courageously battling metastatic breast cancer for almost a decade.  Devoted wife of 16 years to Kevin Erickson. Beloved daughter of Edward and Jean (deceased) Zalecki; daughter-in-law to Norman E Erickson and Billie L Williams. Loving sister of Christina Scharf (Josh), Thomas; sister-in-law to Greg P Erickson.  Cherished aunt of Noah and Ethan.  Dear niece, cousin, and friend.

Cher, as she was commonly called, was the epitome of strength, courage, perseverance, and kindness.  Cher loved traveling, fashion, pop culture, spoiling her nephews, and spending time with family and friends.  One of her most favorite things was her beloved four-legged pup, Brady.  

The family will receive friends in celebration of Cheryl’s life at Humenik Funeral Chapel 14200 Snow Rd Brook Park, 44142 on Monday, March 18th from 4-8 PM.  Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Mary Queen of the Apostles Church 6455 Engle Rd. Brook Park, OH 44142 at 9:30 am on Tuesday, March 19th. Interment at Holy Cross Cemetery.
