Preceded in death by the love of his life, and mother of his children, Laura (nee Hupp); his second wife Shirley (nee Smith); and sisters Ruth and Mary. Retired form General Motors. UAW member since 1955. Veteran of US Navy-Korean War. He loved to spend his time with his 3 grandchildren: Laura, Michael, and Istvan, and reading to his 2 great granddaughters Brooklynn and Emma.
The family will receive friends in celebration of Charles' life at Humenik Funeral Chapel, 14200 Snow Road, Brook Park from 2-4 and 6-8PM on Thursday May 27th, where Funeral Services will be held at 8PM. Interment at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery.
