So very sorry for your loss. Carol was a sweet person. She was my room mate on a couple Post 610 casino trips. My husband and I were buds with Jim and Carol in Florida for a couple of years before he pasted. We enjoyed their company. Joined together now RIP. You will be missed.

We will always remember good times with Carol and Jim. We spent many New Year Eve's with them and they were always fun. They treated us like extended family by including us in celebrations and visits to their lake house. We extend our condolences to the family and will be thinking of them in the days to come.

Mrs. Sopota was the kindest of people and we will always remember her charm, beauty, fabulous sense of humor and love of family. We were fortunate enough to grow up with the Sobota family and have so many happy memories. John and Jimmy are making highballs for Barb and Carol in heaven and having a very good time up there together for certain!

Carol was such a beautiful lady and gentle and kind soul. It's been an honor being part of her life. I'm so glad our families shared so many good times together, and I'll never forget our trips to Disneyland when we were kids. I know Carol and Jimmy are with my Mom and Dad in heaven catching up and watching over us. Our lives were beyond blessed to have those wonderful people as our guides, and they would want us to be happy. It's so true - that overwhelming grief is the result of great and infinite love. I'll always keep Carol and Jimmy in my heart and an forever grateful for our family friendship. Sending love, today and always. Deb

Amazing mom and friend. One of many favorite things was our mother daughters day. The last one at The Grand Pacific Junctions, Arts and Craft show. Having lunch at Clementines Sunday Brunch dressed to the nines (not) , sweating , and not expecting a five star restaurant. White linens , and bow tie servers , we were so underdressed, but they allowed the three of us in anyway. We held our heads high laughing our way to the buffet. We kinda laughed our way out the door after receiving the LUNCH bill. Another I got this bill moment from mom. To celebrate my birthday. Will soo miss you mom. Love, hugs, and kisses Blessed an honored having you as my mom.
