CAROL ANN PALMER (nee Brickman) age 80 of Brook Park, passed away peacefully August 2, 2018 while surrounded by family. Carol is survived in life by Willard “Bill”, her beloved husband of 58 years. Loving mother of Christine “Tina” (Scott) Raiff, Carleen “Carrie” (Steve) Kennedy, Phil “Mac” (Andrea Rocco), Patty, Shelly (Mark) Wolfinger, and Jen (Ray) Must. Dearest sister of Shirley (James) Schram, Jean (Bob) Pankuch, Rich (Marty) Brickman, Patty (Tom) Lawler, and Terry (Diana) Brickman. Beloved sister-in-law of John Palmer (deceased), Bob (Sally) Palmer, Judy (Tom) Grasson, Tom (Cheryl) Palmer, and Mary Palmer. Cherished grandmother of Doug (Kristi), Bill (Kathleen), Anthony, Elizabeth, Steve (Shanna), Chad (Hillary), Jill, Rob (Mirabela), Isabel, Jake, Sarah (Dan), Andrew, Kyle, Alyssa, Emma, Katlyn, Zack and Lexi. Great grandmother of Chastity, Addy, Kendell, Jacob, Adam, Lilly, Carter, Abigail, Ella and Charlotte.

Past President of Brook Park Senior Center. Brook Park Citizen of the year 2012. Active Member Brook Park Red Hats. Long time volunteer at St. Coleman Church. As a member of Mary queen of the Apostles Parish she was past President of the Ladies Guild, Past member of the Parish Counsel, Past Moderator of CYO and active member of the Queens Cooks Kitchen Crew.

The family will receive friends in celebration of Carol’s life at Humenik Funeral Chapel, 14200 Snow Rd., Brook Park, 44142 on Sunday August 5th from 1-5PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be Celebrated at Mary Queen of the Apostles Parish, 6455 Engle Rd., Brook Park, on Monday at 9:30AM. In lieu of flowers, the family suggest contributions be made to Hospice Services of Southwest General, 18697 Bagley Rd., Middleburg Hts., OH 44130.
