Young, Betty J. (nee Hurd), age 77 of Brook Park, passed away peacefully on July 2, 2012. Born in Oxford MO to the late Charles and Irene Hurd. Betty was preceded in death by Harold, her beloved husband of 50 years. Loving mother of Angie Bracken, Vicki (Fred) Fallaro, and Jeff Young; Dear sister of Bob (Barbara) Hurd, Peggy (Ed) Jasper, and the following deceased: Jeannie, Charles, Sid, Wilbur, Thelma, and Mary; Cherished grandmother of Fred, Nick, and Tiffany; Great grandmother of Calysta and Angel.
The family will receive friends in celebration of Betty's life at Humenik Funeral Chapel, 14200 Snow Road, Brook Park on Friday, July 6th from 2-4 and 6-8PM, where Funeral Services will be held at 10AM on Saturday. Interment at Resthaven Memory Gardens, Avon.
