Scheeff, Barbara Jean (nee Mohney), age 52 of Brook Park passed away peacefully on September 29, 2016, while surrounded by family. Beloved daughter of Richard and Mary Lou (nee Pearson) Mohney (both deceased); Dear daughter-in-law of Sharon (Denny-deceased) Scheeff; Loving mother of Cynthia (Tony Lyons), Steven, and Kassandra (James Powers); Barbara is survived in life by Donald, her beloved husband of 32 years. Fond sister of Patricia Mohney and Richard (deceased); Sister-in-law of Dionne (Bob) MacDonald and Dennis; Loving aunt to Dayna, Zack, Helen and DJ; Best friend of Brenda & Jessica, and friend of many; Cherished grandmother of Jayden.

Barbara was a great humanitarian who was kindhearted to many people, friends and animals.  She loved music and the arts.

The family will receive friends in celebration of Barbara’s life at Humenik Funeral Chapel, 14200 Snow Rd., Brook Park, 44142 on Thursday, October 6th from 5-8PM, where a Memorial Service will take place at 8PM. The family suggests contributions to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, Northern Ohio Chapter, 8001 Sweet Valley Drive Suite 3, Valley View OH 44125.
