Klypchak, Barbara Ann, age 71 of Cleveland, passed away peacefully while surrounded by her family on March 11, 2011. She is preceded in death by Michael, her beloved husband of 37 years. Loving mother of Claudia (Kurt) Breudigam, Wendy (Frank) Cehelnik, and Michelle (Raymond) Phillips. Dear sister of 4 sisters and 2 brothers. Cherished grandmother of Jennifer (David), Cynthia (Matt), Stephanie (Kevin), Stacey, Amanda, Kory, and Diana. Great grandmother of 7.

The family will receive friends in celebration of Barbara's life at the Humenik Funeral Chapel, 14200 Snow Road, Brook Park, on Tuesday March 15th from 12-2PM, where Memorial Services will be held at 2PM. Interment at Holy Cross Cemetery.
