Yurkovich, Agnes Sophie (nee Fadlik) age 85, of Brook Park, passed away peacefully on October 21, 2012. Preceded in death by Frank, her beloved husband of 51 years; Devoted mother of Ann Marie (deceased) and Joanne (deceased) (Thomas) Marcus; Dear sister of Mary (Stan) Zarzycki both deceased; Cherished grandmother of Stephanie (Matt) Valek, Luke Marcus, Alicia (Kevin) Dickinson and Joseph Marcus. The family will receive friends in celebration of Agnes' life at HUMENIK FUNERAL CHAPEL, 14200 Snow Rd., Brook Park on Thursday October 25th from 2-4PM and 6-8PM. Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Friday at St. Ignatius of Antioch Church, 10205 Lorain Ave. Cleveland, Ohio 44111 at 10AM. Interment at Holy Cross Cemetery.
