Abranna Sparks Rhome, age 55 of Jal, New Mexico, passed away peacefully after a long illness on September 2, 2013. She was born in Odessa, Texas to her loving parents Tommy M., Sr. (deceased) (of Cleveland, TX) and Eva Mae (nee Sexton) (of Cannon Lake, TX) Sparks. Abranna is survived by Pete, her beloved husband and best friend. Loving mother of Synaca Marie Spell, David Wayne Peacock, Jr., and Jamie Sparks Friley; Dear sister of Tommy M., Jr., Becky, and Enid Ann Clancy; Cherished grandmother of Abranda Mkay, Sarah Leanne, Maddalyn Emily, George Ray, Gavin Leon, and Robert Isaiah; Treasured niece of Delma Hoffpuir; Delightful aunt of many nieces and nephews, grand nieces and grand nephews. Abranna worked as an oil well rig technician for many dedicated years.
She was a very loving wife, mother, grandmother, and friend to all who knew her. She was a very loyal, respectable hardworking lady who lived life to the fullest. She loved to travel and devoted her life to her family.
Friends are invited to come together in celebration of Abranna's life at the Humenik Funeral Chapel, 14200 Snow Road, Brook Park, OH 44142 on Tuesday September 10th from 10AM to 12PM, where services will be held at noon. Interment at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery.
