My sincere sympathy to Jan and her family. I remember when your parents was in an accident on the turnpike and Vern came from Brookpark to see you in the hospital. I knew he wanted you to be his wife. Good choice.

I always looked forward to seeing Vern, usually at church, because he always had a smile that would light up the room! He spoke a positive word and usually joked! He would talk about his love for the outdoors and his family too! He’ll be greatly missed, but never forgotten!
