VERNON RAY SKINNER III age 76 of Brook Park  passed away peacefully April 17, 2020 while surrounded by family. Vernon is survived in life by Janice, his beloved wife of 52 years. Loving father of  Kevin, and Phil (Kristi). Dearest brother of Brenda (Homer) Hostetler, Paul (deceased)(Judy), Carlyle Skinner, and Louann Keith. Cherished Grandfather of Bailee (Rodney), Austin, Lauren, and Mayvis. Great Grandfather of Aurora, Logan (deceased), Leland (deceased), and Easton.

 

Private family services will be held at Humenik Funeral Chapel 14200 Snow Rd. Brook Park, 44142 Thursday April 23, 2020 from 3-5 & 6-8, where a Funeral Service will be held Friday at 11AM.

I always looked forward to seeing Vern, usually at church, because he always had a smile that would light up the room! He spoke a positive word and usually joked! He would talk about his love for the outdoors and his family too! He’ll be greatly missed, but never forgotten!
