VERNON RAY SKINNER III age 76 of Brook Park Β passed away peacefully April 17, 2020 while surrounded by family. Vernon is survived in life by Janice, his beloved wife of 52 years. Loving father ofΒ Kevin, and Phil (Kristi). Dearest brother of Brenda (Homer) Hostetler, Paul (deceased)(Judy), Carlyle Skinner, and Louann Keith. Cherished Grandfather of Bailee (Rodney), Austin, Lauren, and Mayvis. Great Grandfather of Aurora, Logan (deceased), Leland (deceased), and Easton.
Private family services will be held at Humenik Funeral Chapel 14200 Snow Rd. Brook Park, 44142 Thursday April 23, 2020 from 3-5 & 6-8, where a Funeral Service will be held Friday at 11AM.

My sincere sympathy to Jan and her family. I remember when your parents was in an accident on the turnpike and Vern came from Brookpark to see you in the hospital. I knew he wanted you to be his wife. Good choice.

I always looked forward to seeing Vern, usually at church, because he always had a smile that would light up the room! He spoke a positive word and usually joked! He would talk about his love for the outdoors and his family too! Heβll be greatly missed, but never forgotten!
I really didn't know Vernon that well. I know him from church. Vernon was a very nice guy! May Vernon R.I.P. and you will be missed by many. May God be with your family at this difficult time! ππππ
