Happy St. Patrick’s Day from our family to yours. Make 2021 your pot of gold at the end of the rainbow; we have weathered the storm and now it is time to soak up the sun. No matter what struggles we face in life there is always a silver lining.  St Patrick’s Day is a great time to stop thinking about the dreadful winter blues and turn to the bright and cheerful colors of spring.

With St. Patrick’s Day around the corner, it is a good time to stock up on corned beef and green beer for a safer celebration this year. The annual Cleveland St. Patrick’s Day parade may be canceled but that doesn’t mean you can’t cook up a feast and enjoy quality time with family. We want to wish everyone a safe and joyful St Patrick’s Day. May your troubles be less and your blessings be more, and nothing but happiness come through your door!

Easter is Sunday, April 4, 2021!  Did you know that the reason the date of Easter Sunday changes because it is based on the lunar cycle? Easter occurs after the first full moon of spring. This year the first full moon is on Sunday, March 28, 2021, so Easter is celebrated the following Sunday. Looking for a fun afternoon with the children or grandchildren? Put on those aprons and grab those hard-boiled eggs, it’s time to dye Easter eggs.  Want to make treats for the family? These Rice Krispies Treat birds nests are adorable! Using the Rice Krispies™ Treats recipe, simply press the mixture into the cups of a muffin tin lined with colorful paper baking cups, to create the “nest.” Once they have cooled, add a few jelly bean “eggs” and enjoy! There are many ways to spread holiday cheer. How will you and your family celebrate this year? We hope you have a Happy and SAFE Easter!
