Come join us Thursday, July 28th as we travel to the Hartville Marketplace and Flea Market. With 3 acres of indoor shopping, there is truly something for everyone. There are over 60 unique shops selling antiques, treasures, fresh produce, meats and cheeses, Apparel, home furnishings, jewelry, accessories, and toys. These are just some of the amazing things you will discover when you explore the Hartville Marketplace and Flea Market. Just when you think you have seen it all, step outside to the 12-acre collector’s paradise. With up to 1,000 vendors outside you can find the perfect addition to your prized collection. While shopping at the market lunch will be on your own. Have you tried Sarah’s Market Fresh Grill?  They offer great grab and go meals. After shopping the market why not go next door to Hartville Hardware. Did you know that this year Hartville Hardware is celebrating 50 years of business? Maynard Oswald, Howard Seneften, and Lawrence Shomaker started the first hardware store in Hartville in 1947. Fast forward to 2010 ground was broken for the new home of the Hartville Hardware, joining sister companies, the Hartville Kitchen and Hartville Market Place and Flea Market. Hartville Hardware has become the largest independent hardware store in the nation and is truly a one-of-a-kind experience. From toys, farm and pet supplies, and housewares to power tools you never know what you will find at Hartville Hardware.  After everyone has had time to shop till they drop we will board the bus and travel to Maize Valley Winery for Crusin’ da Vines Metal Muscle Nights. They offer activities and fun for the whole family! Of course, it all starts with the cars, all different kinds; classic, oldies, rods, customs, and bikes. Bill & Michelle, two of the family members and owners at Maize Valley currently own a 65′ Impala SS that has been on the road since 1990.  While there we will head inside for dinner and wine tastings. Dinner will include your choice of The BOB-8 oz. burger, grilled, topped with our signature bacon onion balsamic topping. On a Brioche bun, Grilled Reuben-Delicious thin sliced corned beef, sauerkraut, mild Swiss cheese piled on rye bread and grilled to perfection 1000 Island Dressing on the side, or the Tuscan Chicken-Grilled chicken breast topped with bruschetta and provolone cheese on a ciabatta roll. All dinners will be served with your choice of Italian Pasta, Macaroni Salad, 3-Grain Salad, Sweet Pea Pasta, Potato Salad, Cole Slaw, or Chips for your side. For dessert please choose between caramel, chocolate, white chocolate, or raspberry drizzle cheesecake. Water is included with dinner, there will be a cash bar for wine. Please indicate your dinner choice including side dish and dessert on the Highlights data form. The total cost for this trip to include transportation in a luxury motorcoach, and dinner at Maize Valley Winery is $85.  We will depart Humenik Funeral Chapel Thursday, July 28th at 10:00 AM  (boarding begins at 09:30 AM) returning home around 6:30 PM. EVERYONE MUST RSVP NO LATER THAN JULY 19TH!
