age 63 of Brook Park, passed away peacefully on January 31, 2025.
Randy is survived in Life by his beloved daughters Jessica (Julian), Randi (Michael), and Samantha.
Loving Brother of James (Janet).
Cherished Grandfather of Yasmina, Zayne, Kendra, and Raliegh.
Dear uncle, cousin, and friend to many. He will be sorely missed by all.
Randy was born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio – the first in the family to be born outside of Tennessee – to the loving parents James Oliver and Betty Jo Noe (Hutchings). It was here that he grew in his love for Cleveland sports (occasionally the Pittsburgh Steelers) and Harley Davidson. Upon graduating from West Tech, Randy spent countless carefree days on one of his many Harleys – venturing to Sturgis Bike Week, riding in bike runs, and cruising with friends on open roads. While remaining a lifelong passion, his love for Harleys quickly became overrun by his love for his children as he entered fatherhood. Whether it be by passing on his hobby of softball while coaching their teams, packing their school lunches well into adulthood, teaching them how to manage their own households, or simply by being himself – the love and dedication he had to his daughters is unquestionable. His favorite days were spent tinkering with his bikes, enjoying his patio with his brother, cheering on Cleveland sports teams, being tackled in hugs by his grandkids, and enjoying the everyday simplicity of life with his children.
The family will receive friends in celebration of Randy’s life at Humenik Funeral Chapel 14200 Snow Road Brook Park, OH 44142 on Friday, February 7 from 4-8 PM. Funeral Services will be celebrated on Saturday, February 8 at 10:00 AM. Entombment at Brooklyn Heights Cemetery.
