Perry, Nina Lee (nee Seahorn), age 81 of Brook Park passed away peacefully on August 28, 2016, while surrounded by family. Nina is survived in life by Dick Perry her husband. Loving mother of Deborah Swope, Steven (Gail) Carpenter of Mars, PA., Richard Jr. (Julie Dean) Perry, Tammy Sue (George) Biltz and Tina Perry (Ron Sheaks). She is preceded in death by brothers Bud, Ralph, Bob and sisters Ann, Dot and Carol. Cherished grandmother of Tom, Jared, Danielle, George Jr., Kara, Jack, Christopher, Chelsea, Elizabeth, A.J., Liz and Maddie. Great grandmother of Parker, Brooklynn and Cooper.

The family will receive friends in celebration of Nina’s life at Humenik Funeral Chapel, 14200 Snow Rd., Brook Park, 44142 on Wednesday, August 31st from 2-4 & 6-8 PM where a Funeral Service will take place on Thursday at 10 AM. Interment at Holy Cross Cemetery. In lieu of flowers the family suggests contributions be made to Ames Family Hospice House, 30080 Hospice Way, Westlake, OH 44145-1077.
