age 89, lived a life devoted to faith, family, and community service. She shared 52 years of marriage with her beloved husband, Rick and found joy in her family and many friends.

Lorene lived her life balancing family, work, and her conviction in the Catholic Faith. She brought that faith, love, and inspiration into all her roles, from office administrator and cafeteria mother to many, to her charity work, which included: Right To Life, Audrey’s Outreach, St. Colman’s, Bereavement, Bible Study, Cursillo, Usher/Greeter, and many more. Her most cherished roles were as wife, mother, and grandmother.

Lorene is survived by her daughters Regina (James) Kaletta, Carolyn (Thomas) Torkos, Susan Johnson, and Beth Johnson, loving grandmother to Mark, Ryan, Sarah, Kelly, Anthony, Hunter, McKenzie, and Daniel, and great-grandmother to Myra. Dear sister to Maryann “Cess” McDaniel and mother to Matthew (deceased).

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in memory of Lorene to the charities of St. Colman and Audrey’s Outreach. The family will receive friends to pay tribute to and celebrate the life of Lorene at Humenik Funeral Chapel, 14200 Snow Rd, Brook Park, OH 44142 on Sunday, May 18th, 2025 from 3 pm – 8 pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Mary Queen of the Apostles Church 6455 Engle Rd. Brook Park, on Monday, May 19th at 10:00 AM. Interment Holy Cross Cemetery.
