Boltz, Katherine “Katie” (nee Roth), age 33 of Parma, passed away suddenly on January 11, 2016; Katherine is survived in life by Brian, her beloved husband of 6 years; Loving daughter of James Roth (deceased) and Barbara (Mario) Ortiz; Cherished granddaughter of Joseph and Margaret (deceased) Barna; Dear daughter-in-law of Terry (Linda) Boltz and Terri Wiesbarth; Granddaughter- in- law of Tom and Donna Sawicki. Beloved sister of Laura (Karl) Schoenfeld and James Roth; Treasured Aunt of Abby. Beloved niece of many aunts and uncles.

The family will receive friends in celebration of Katie’s life at Humenik Funeral Chapel, 14200 Snow Rd, Brook Park, on Sunday Jan. 17 from 2-6 PM. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 AM on Monday at St. Ambrose Parish, 929 Pearl Road, Brunswick OH 44212. Everyone please meet at the church
