FRANK FORKAPA age 62 of Brunswick, passed away peacefully July 5, 2019 while surrounded by family. Preceded in death by his loving parents Nicke & Yolan. Frank is survived in life by Laurelle, his beloved wife of 30 years. Loving father of Nick (Jessica), Dan, Kristin and Matthew. Dear brother of Gary, Gail Rainey and Al (deceased) (Pat). Cherished grandfather of Natalie, Aleksander, Andrejas, Clarissa, Jacob and Isabel. Great grandfather of Isaiah.

A skilled musician and entrepreneur, Frank was known for his love of cars, charismatic personality and unique sense of humor.

The family will receive friends in celebration of Frank’s life at Humenik Funeral Chapel 14200 Snow Rd., Brook Park, 44142 on Tuesday July 9th from 2-4 & 6-8PM and at church Wednesday from 8:30 – 9:30AM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Ambrose Church, 929 Pearl Rd., Brunswick 44212 on Wednesday at 9:30AM. EVERYONE PLEASE MEET AT THE CHURCH.
