FRANCES CULKIN (nee Koplan) Age 69, passed on December 05, 2021. Beloved wife of the late Francis (Frank) Culkin, daughter of the late Katie and Stan Koplan. Sister of Catherine McCutcheon (Ron) and Stanley Koplan (Jean). Sister-in-law to Jack Culkin (Chloe), Patrick Culkin (Kathleen), and Thomas Culkin (Melody). A loved aunt, great aunt, and great-great aunt of many nieces and nephews. A special thanks to my best friend of sixty six years, Debbie Meek Shumney. Fran and I ended up being great friends. We met in 1982 when I started working at Neale Phypers. We had our ups and downs but in the end we were very close. I will miss her so much and her witty comments. During her illness she was amazing. I wish I were more like her in the way she handled it. Fran also had a big heart, she would probably have done anything for anybody. Again I will miss her greatly. Rest in Peace Fran, love you.

Aunt Fran, what a woman she was, always full of laughter and smiles. She lived her life her way up until the end, I sat with her and watch her Browns play and she enjoyed that because I'm a Pittsburgh fan and she wouldn't trash talk my team but she loved it I was watching her team, I'll miss that. She and Uncle Frank welcomed my boys into the family when my wife and I married the first day they met them, both both boys loved Uncle Frank and Aunt Fran. She is a great lost to our family and will be missed, now she can be back with her soul mate Uncle Frank. Love you Aunt Fran.

In my memories of Fran, she was almost always laughing. My mom, Shirley, kept me updated on Fran and her husband, 'The Miracle Man'. Sending hugs.
